For Justice & Rehabilitation Settings
LifeBeat. for Justice & Rehabilitation
Creating space for reflection, self‑awareness, and hope for the future.
LifeBeat. for Justice & Rehabilitation is a strengths‑based, reflective six‑part journey for people navigating incarceration, community corrections, rehabilitation programs, or rebuilding life after a setback. It offers a safe and supportive space to explore identity, values, and purpose, rebuild confidence, and create new possibilities for the future. Designed to complement existing evidence‑based programs in correctional and community settings, LifeBeat provides practical tools for meaningful life change.
Across 6 x 45‑minute sessions, participants will:
Explore who they are beyond their circumstances and past decisions
Reflect on their values, strengths, and untapped potential
Develop tools for decision‑making, resilience, and positive relationships
Imagine new possibilities for the future and practical steps to get there
The sessions are 1:1, reflective, and empowering, creating space for personal growth and agency in environments where these opportunities are often limited.
By the end of the program, participants will have:
Greater self‑awareness and a stronger sense of identity
A renewed sense of hope, purpose, and personal agency
Practical tools for communication, decision‑making, and self‑leadership
A personalised plan to support their transition and future goals
Philanthropic investment in LifeBeat. transforms lives by breaking cycles of disconnection, building agency, and supporting positive pathways forward.
