Across 6 x 45‑minute sessions, you’ll:

Gain tools to navigate uncertainty with more confidence and self‑compassion
Reflect on your values, purpose, and strengths to guide your next chapter
Create a meaningful vision for the life you want to step into
The sessions are 1:1, supportive, and empowering—a chance to process change, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and intention.
