University Tutoring & Guest Lecturing

I’m Dr. Clare Sarah Goodridge—educator, leadership coach, and founder of The Future of Flourishing and LifeBeat., two global initiatives dedicated to unlocking human potential and bringing flourishing science and philosophical health into education, leadership, and community life.

Currently based in Perth, Western Australia, I work with universities and learning institutions around the world to bring a fresh, interdisciplinary perspective to leadership, creativity, and human development. As a lifelong learner, I’m passionate about supporting students and educators to explore their full potential—and contribute to a more purposeful, connected, and regenerative world.

My teaching and coaching frameworks combine academic rigour with real-world application, drawing on the latest insights from cognitive science, leadership theory, systems thinking, and the flourishing sciences.
